Hi! I'm Mike Stringer.

From 2017–2022, I was a Partner and Executive Director at the design firm IDEO. Before that, I co-founded and led the data science consultancy Datascope. Throughout my work, what I’ve focused on most is creating conditions for people to thrive.

Throughout the last fifteen years, I’ve partnered with clients across industries on many different types of challenges — Google, Procter & Gamble, Steelcase, Bristol Myers Squibb, and over fifty more. Through that work I’ve observed patterns that inform my points of views on human-centered design, data, applied AI, and the organizations that make it work.
